e-mail for bookings at this hotel. The hotel rate through this conference is US$169.00 per night (taxes not included).

Visa
Villa
conference participants who require a visa to enter the United States are strongly encouraged to begin the visa application
process as soon as possible. If visa assistance from VC-IAN is necessary, please email ian@oa-host.org. The conference will send an invitation letter via e-mail attachment for use in the visa application process. Invitation
letters can also be sent via airmail upon request.
NOTE: US Citizens or permanent residents do not
need a visa to enter the US Virgin islands
